摘　　要：为了加强青海省玉树地区高寒草原资源与生态环境监测工作,以C#为开发语言,Microsoft SQLServer 2005为数据库管理系统,在Microsoft Visual Studio 2010集成开发环境下开发了玉树高寒草原资源与生态环境监测信息管理系统。系统运用反射技术批量读取Excel数据,应用LINQ技术进行数据库的访问,采用MSChart实现了数据统计的图表化。系统的实际运行将有效地提高环境监测信息管理的水平。In order to strengthen alpine grassland resource and ecological environment monitoring work of Yushu in Qinghai province, using C# as development language and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as database management system, alpine grass- land resources and ecological environment monitoring information management system in Yushu was developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 integrated development environment. The system applied reflection technology to read batch Excel data, LINQ technology to access database, MSChart control to achieve diagrammatical of data statistic. The performance of environ- ment monitoring information management will be effectively improved by the actual operation of the system.
