汶川地震消防战士救灾后心理创伤二级预防的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨参与汶川地震救援消防战士的心理健康状况和实施心理干预对维护健康、治疗与防范二级心理创伤的效果。方法：采用PSQI、SCL-90、SAS和SDS等量表对参加救援的消防战士进行评估，并对他们进行心理干预；一年后对研究组重新进行心理评估。结果：心理干预能够帮助他们渡过心理创伤，减少灾后刺激因素对其心理的不良影响，并能保障与增强消防战士的心理健康水平。结论：心理干预帮助消防战士渡过二级心理创伤与恢复他们的正常生活、工作与心理健康具有显著效果，意义重大。Objectives： To investigate the mental health status and the effects of implementation of psych31ogical intervention on the maintenance of health, treatment and prevention of secondary psychological trauma of the fire fighters who take part in post-disaster relief.. Methods ： Used PSQI,SCL-90,SAS and SDS rating scale etc to assessed the fire fighters who take part in post-disaster relief and carried out psychological intervention for them. One years later, the study group will be re--psychological assessment. Results： Psychological intervention can help them through the psychological trauma, and reduce the adverse impact of the disaster stimulating factors on the psychological, and protect and enhance the psychological health of the fire fighters. Conclusions：Psychological intervention helped the fire fighters overcome secondary psychological trauma, and resume their normal life, work and mental health, it shows a great significance.
