高等教育大众化发展形势下高校学生工作创新

摘　　要：在高等教育大众化发展形势下，随着信息化时代的发展及学生综合素质的提高，传统的高校学生工作理念、管理模式及运行机制已不能适应新时代的发展需求。创新学生工作中的工作理念、管理模式与运行机制能为高校学生工作开辟新的途径，有助于高校学生工作获得新的活力，最终为社会培养出更多的高素质创新型人才。Higher education popularization development situation, along with the development of the information age and the improvement of students＇ all- round development, the traditional concept of student work in universities, the mode of management, and operation mechanism of already can not adapt to the requirement of the new era. Through the innovation of student work work idea, management mode, and operation mechanism to start a new way of student work in universities, college students to obtain new vitality, and eventually for social train more of the high quality of creative talent.
