互助式信息支持对辅助生殖治疗女性患者情绪和应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨互助式信息支持对辅助生殖技术治疗女性患者负性情绪及应对方式的影响。方法将进入体外受精胚胎移植治疗周期的100例女性患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。实验组在接受常规的心理护理与健康宣教外,加入不孕症患者互助网络QQ群,从中获取信息支持;对照组仅接受常规的健康宣教与心理护理。结果互助式信息支持前,实验组SAS、SDS和应对方式量表评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义;得到信息互助支持后,实验组SAS和SDS量表评分较对照组降低,应对方式量表中解决问题和求助项目因子分较对照组明显升高,自责、幻想、退避项目因子分较对照组降低;临床妊娠率:实验组58.0%,对照组50.0%,2组间差异无统计学意义。结论互助式信息支持可有效改善辅助生殖技术治疗中女性患者的负性情绪,提升其应对负性情绪和事件的技巧和效率并有助于维持良好的临床妊娠率。Objective To study the effects of interactive information support on negative emotion and coping style in female patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology （ART）. Methods 100 female patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation were randomly divided into control group（n： 50） and experimental group（n： 50）. The patients in control group were accepted normal health education, and the patients in experimental group were got involved in QQ group for interactive information support. Results There was no significant in scores of SDS, SAS and coping style between two groups at baseline. After getting the help from interactive information support, the scores of SDS and SAS in experimental group were significant lower than those of control group . The scores of coping style questionnaire and fro helping in experimental group were higher than that in control group, The scores of illusion, escape and rationalization in experimental group were lower than that in control group, Pregnancy rate in the experimental group was 56.0% ,that was no significantly higher than the control group of 51.0% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Interactive information support is an effective method to alleviate negative emotion and improve coping style in female patients undergoing ART, and it is helpful for maintaining a high pregnancy rate.
