摘　　要：目的探讨腹部按摩对脑出血患者排便的影响。方法选择神经内科160例发病7天内的首发脑出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。观察组实施腹部按摩,对照组给予常规护理。结果观察组首次排便时间早于对照组,首次排便情况也好于对照组;观察组干预前、后血压、心率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论腹部按摩有利于预防和改善脑出血患者的排便情况。Objective To study the effects of abdominal massage in defecation of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 160 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group （n=80） and control group （n=80）. The observation group was given abdominal massage, the control group was given routine care . Results First bowel movements in the observation group were earlier than that in the the control group. Defecation situation is better than that in the control group. There was no statistically differences in blood pressure and heart rate before and after the nursing in observation group. Conclusion Abdominal massage can help to prevent and improve defecation of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.
