摘　　要：尊崇自然,敬畏生命.面对环境污染,生态恶化,资源短缺,企业的管理者在环境保护和承担社会责任方面可以"有所为."本文从环境管理敏感度和环境管理自主裁量度两方面归纳和总结企业在环境管理方面的措施和方式,提出了以人为本,发展低碳经济,循环经济,实施绿色管理,实现人与自然和谐共处,共赢,走可持续发展的道路.图1,表1,参8.Respecting nature, reverence for life. Facing the pollution, degradation, shortage of re- source ,the managers of the enterprise should ＂do something＂ with the environment protecting and the so- cial responsibility. This paper inducted and summarized the measures and style on the management of the environment from the two sides ： sensitivity and ruling of managing the environment, and take an advice of human-based, developing low carbon economy and recycled economy, performing the greening of manage- ment, bring about the harmony between human and nature, and double-win, towards the sustained develop- ment way. lfig. ,ltab. ,8refs.
