摘　　要：肾小管间质纤维化是终末期肾病的共同通路，目前对其分子机制尚不完全清楚。因此，了解其最新的发病机制及治疗方法，对延缓疾病进展和挽救患者生命具有重要意义。Renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis is the final common pathway in end-stage renal disease. Whereas molecular mechanisms underlying fibrogenesis are still not completely understood. To know the latest pathogenesis and treatment methods is of important significance to prevent disease progression and save life.
