摘　　要：先天性心血管畸形是小儿最常见的先天性心脏病，胎儿期病毒感染与其发生关系密切。先天性心脏病严重危害儿童身心健康，明确其病因对预防和治疗先天性心脏病有重要的意义。该文综述宫内病毒感染导致先天性心脏病的病因、病毒传播途径、发病机制及预防措施。As the most common disease for children with congenital heart disease （CHD）, congenital cardiovascular malformations have been closely associated with prenatal viral infectiotn. It is important to clarify the etiology of these diseases because the levels of physical and mental health for children with CHD are seriously damaged, and it also improves the levels of preventing and treating these diseases. This review focuses on the way of infection ,pathogenesis and prevention measures for intrauterine viral infections leading to CHD.
