环境样品中丙烯酰胺分析方法的研究

摘　　要：丙烯酰胺是一种具有神经毒性及可能致癌的化合物,世界卫生组织规定饮用水中丙烯酰胺的含量不得超过0.5μg/L。该文对近年来环境基体(主要是空气和水)中丙烯酰胺的预处理方法和分析方法进行了综述,并对将来可发展的分析方法及发展趋势进行了简单的展望。Acrylamide is a neurotoxic compound that may cause cancer. The World Health Organization （WHO） stipulates that acrylamide content in potable water shall not exceed 0.5 μg/L. This paper reviews the pretreatment and analysis methods of acrylamide in environmental matrix （mainly air and water） in recent years and looks into possible future analysis methods and the development trend.
