摘  要:有机食品,看上去很美,做起来很累。在有机市场的诱惑与混乱面前,创新者们试图以自己的方式将责任感和商机完美结合,以寻求有机产业的另一条发展之路。The organic agriculture,seen as the blue sea in the field of agriculture,has gained more and more attention because of continuous food safety scandals.As a result,many enterprises rushed into the business sector.Consequently,these interveners find that they are faced with unexpected problems in fostering organic food,including high cost,long endurance,high price,and tumultuous certification. On the one hand,there is increasing market demand for the organic food;on the other hand,the market developers are troubled with various difficulties.Luckily,progress has been made.China's new organic food certification identifier was launched on July 1, 2012.The new certification is expected to standardize the industry. Some insiders believe that there will be a new round of shuffling among the enterprises. Speaking of the organic food industry,respect may be given to those people who try their best to balance between the sense of responsibility and the business opportunity.They seem to find a new path for the development of organic agriculture.
