摘　　要：冷弯薄壁型铜房屋结构是一种采用冷弯薄壁型钢作为梁柱构件，同时配合定向刨花板、胶合板、水泥纤维板等结构性板材，形成板肋结构单元承载的新型建筑形式，主要运用在低层住宅领域，是目前我国大力推广的一种新型节能环保的建筑产品，相应的国家行业标准《低层冷弯薄壁型钢房屋建筑技术规程》（IGI227-2011）已于2011年12月正式实施。但就目前的运用情况来讲，还存在一些问题，标准也不全面。文章介绍国外相关方面的文献规范，提出几点影响冷弯薄壁型铜房屋发展的因素，希望能对冷弯薄壁型钢房屋的推广和运用起到作用。Cold formed light gauge steel housing structure is a new architectural form supported by slab-arris structural unit with cold formed light gauge steel as post and beam member and combined with oriented wood chipboard, plywood, cement-fiber board and other structural boards; mainly applied to low-rise housing, it is a new energy-saving and environment-friendly building product currently vigorously pro- moted in China; and appropriate national industrial standard Building Technical Regu- lation for Low-rise Cold Formed Light Gauge Steel Housing （JGJ227-2011） had been formally implemented in December 2011. However, in terms of current application, there are some problems, and standards are not all-inclusive. The article introduces related foreign literature specifications, and puts forward several factors influencing the development of cold formed light gauge steel housing, with the hope of playing a role in popularization and application of cold formed light gauge steel housing.
