摘  要:首先分析了用NaOH、MgO、CaO和Na_2CO_3等4种碱以相同的碱用量在此条件下水解革屑,比较四种水解液的水解率、含氮量,研究它们水解革屑的差异性。用正交试验优化NaOH碱水解革屑的条件,得出最佳条件为NaOH用量7%,水解温度120℃,水解时间6h,固液比1∶9。Alkaline hydrolysis of leather shavings with NaOH, MgO, CaO and Na2C03 respectively were studied from the hydrolysis rate and nitrogen content under the same amount of alkali. The hydrolysis con- ditions for leather shaving with sodium hydroxide were optimized by orthogonal test.And the optimum con- ditions were obtained as follows:the dosage of sodium hydroxide was 7% ,hydrolytic temperature was 120 ~C, hydrolytic time was 6 h, and the solid-to-liquid ratio was 1:9.
