摘　　要：中央级科学事业单位修缮购置专项资金的设立是国家增加科技投入,优化科技投入结构的重要举措之一,该专项的设立,对中国热带农业科学院科研基础条件的改善和推进科技创新能力的建设起了重要的支撑保障作用。该文全面总结了中国热带农业科学院在专项管理方面的主要做法、取得的经验和实施成效,提出了继续加大专项支持力度的建议。The establishment of special funds of renovation and purchase in central scientific institutions, which is an important measure for the country to increase input and optimize the structure of science and technology, has played an important role in improving the basic scientific research condition and promoting technological innovation for Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. This paper summarized the main methods, experiences and results of special funds management by Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. It is advanced that the government should keep further greatly input on special funds.
