摘　　要：该文以作者单位为例,列举了修购项目的实施成效。从项目申报等3个方面探讨了修购项目的实施管理,指出项目申报要紧密结合单位实际,要紧紧抓住关键环节,要分工明确,责任到人。最后,就稳定财政支持,划分验收权限、开展项目绩效评价等提出了建议。implementation effects of special funds of renovation and purchase in Heilongjiang river fisheries research institute were introduced. Performing management of the special funds was analyzed from 3 respects such as project application, etc., and pointed out that project application should grasp the key link, a clear division of labor and responsibility to the people based on the institute’s actual situation. At last, some suggestions were put forward such as stabilizing finance support, dividing acceptance authority and carrying out the project performance evaluation, et al.
