摘　　要：目的分析中药注射剂不良反应现状，为中药高危药品管理提供理论基础。方法北京军区总医院提出高危中药注射剂概念，并初步对高危中药注射剂目录进行筛选研究。结果采用信息检索方法，确定高危中药注射剂目录，按照现有高危药品管理模式，对中药注射剂从多方面进行安全管理。结论将高危药品管理引入到中药领域中，按照高危药品的管理模式从多方面进行安全管理，以确保中药注射剂的安全应用。Objective To analyze the status quo of adverse reactions on Chinese medicine injection and to provide evidence for the administration of the high-risk Chinese medicine drug. Methods The General Hospital of Beijing Military Region proposed the concept of high-risk Chinese medicine injection and drew up a catalogue of high-risk traditional Chinese medicine injections. Results We used the information retrieval methods to determine the catalogue according to the existing management＇s mode of high-risk medicines. Conclusion To introduce high- risk drugs to traditional Chinese medicine, according to the management procedure of high-risk drugs, to ensure the safety of application for traditional Chinese medicine injection.
