摘　　要：文化软实力建设是提升国家综合国力的重要方面。因此,通过从投入和产出两个维度构建文化软实力建设量化考察指标,并以此为基础,采用层次分析法对中日美三国文化软实力建设综合绩效进行差异化分析和动态比较,以期借鉴国外先进经验,推动中国文化软实力建设,进而增强国家综合实力。Cultural soft power construction is an important aspect of promoting country＇s comprehensive power. Thus, building quantitative cultural soft power construction indexes from two dimensions of input and output, based on which analytic hierarchy process has been used to make differentiation analysis and dynamic comparisons between China, Japan and America, can help to learn advanced experience from a- broad, and then to strengthen country＇s comprehensive power.
