摘 要:以三聚氯氰、牛磺酸为原料,经过亲核取代反应对紫外吸收剂2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和4,4'-二氨基二苯乙烯-2,2'-二磺酸类荧光增白剂进行水溶性改性后,用作返黄抑制剂,以表面施胶的形式应用于杨木化机浆纸张上,通过紫外光加速老化实验考察了水溶性改性后紫外吸收剂、荧光增白剂以及二者复配作为返黄抑制剂对化机浆纸张的返黄抑制效果。结果表明,经过水溶性改性的反应型紫外吸收剂和荧光增白剂复配比单独使用它们的光稳定效果更好、性质更优,且复配比例为1∶1时产生较强的协同效应,涂布后白度增加了9.6个百分点,经过48 h光老化处理后,纸样白度降低了5.9个百分点,分别比二者单独使用少下降了3.7和6.1个百分点。2,4-dihydorxybenzophenone photosensitizer(UVA) and triazine-stilbene fluorescent brighteners(FBs) were synthesized by nucleo- philicity method with 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine and taurine as raw materials. The mixtures of FBs and UVA were used as a yellowing inhibitor and applied to the hand sheet of chemi-mechanical pulps by surface sizing and the anti-yellowing effect was evaluated by using the ultraviolet aging apparatus. The result showed that higher brightness stability of chemi-mechanical pulp handsheets were obtained with the application of above mixtures as surface sizing agent compared with the application of FBs and UVA alone respectively. With the mixing ratio of 1 : 1 ( FBs: UVA), the brightness stabilizing effect increased significantly and could be proposed as a apphcable yellowing inhibitor for lignincontaining paper products.
