摘　　要：介绍了国产多圆盘过滤机的应用现状和生产实践。该设备不仅用于纸机抄造过程产生的富余白水的回收,而且也适用于化机浆、废纸浆等制浆生产线中的浆料浓缩,根据浆料特点与工艺特性应有不同的组合工艺。通过生产应用,用于白水回收时,具有纤维回收率高,实现水循环利用,降低耗水量,消除白水排放污染等特点;用于浆料浓缩时,具有清滤液澄清度高,可循环利用,节约水资源等特点。该设备性能运行可靠,且操作控制简便。This paper mainly discussed the current status and application of domestic Disc Filter. This equipment is not only used for white water recovering in the paper-making stage, but also used for stock thickening in chemi-mechanical and recycled pulp process. High fiber recovery rate and low water consumption can be achieved when disc filter is used for white water recycling. It has an efficient filtration function for water recycling while it is used for stock thickening. The equipment operation is easy and reliable.
