摘 要:出生于一个知识份子家庭,1951年9月毕业于上海交大土木系后从事治淮工程,参加了我国首批佛子岭、梅山和响洪甸三坝的设计,1957年后调至中国水利水电科学研究院,从事混凝土高坝研究。采用"来自生产、高于生产、用于生产"的科研思路,坚持"勤于工作,勤于学习,勤于思考"。建立了混凝土坝温控防裂的完整理论体系,我国已在世界上首次建成数座无裂缝混凝土坝。建立了拱坝优化的数学模型,在世界上首次实现了拱坝体形自动优化。提出了混凝土徐变的两个定理、有限元等效应力、仿真计算基本方程、混凝土坝数字监控等一系列新理念、新方法,获广泛应用。共发表论文210篇、出版著作8本、获国家自然科学奖一项、国家科技进步奖两项、国际大坝会议奖一项,并荣获国家级有突出贡献科技专家称号,为我国水利行业中论文和著作被引用最多的作者之一。Born in a family of intellectuals. Graduated in 1951 from Shanghai Jiaotung University. Had participated in the design of the first three concrete dams of China, Engaged in the research of high coucrete dams since 1957. Had established the system of theory of thermal stress and temperature control of concrete dam and several concrete dams without crack had been constructed in China. Had established the mathematical model for optimization of arch darns which results in 5% - 30% saving of dam con- crete. Had proposed two theorems for creep of concrete, the equivalent FEM stress, the fondamental equation for simulation com- putation and the numerical monitoring of concrete dams. Had published 210 papers and 8 books. He was awarded the National Prize of Natural Science in 1982 and the National Prize of Scientific Progress in 1988 and 2000.
