摘  要:Effects of oxygen plasma on improvement of superconductivity in y-123 were studied here. At room temperature quenched samples were treated with oxygen plasma produced by discharging oxygen gas. As quenched y-123 was treated by oxygen plasma, 90K-phase varied as plasma treated period. Experimental results supported that oxygen canons at room temperature can’ trim’ Oxygen vacancies in ordering in a axis and form or complete Cu(l )-O chains in b axis on Cu(l )-O planes.Effects of oxygen plasma on improvement of superconductivity in y-123 were studied here.
