摘  要:基于单个反射式光电探头,在桡动脉位置测量了脉搏波。利用ATmega16单片机进行660nm和940nm的双波长LED发光控制和数据采集与分析。通过对脉搏波极值的读取实现血氧饱和度和心率的测量;其次,利用时间抽取基2快速傅里叶变换(FFT)对获取的桡动脉信号进行傅里叶变换,实现呼吸频率的测量。测量了10名志愿者的生理参数,并对利用本文设计的系统的测量结果和临床方法记录的结果进行数据的相关性分析,得到血氧饱和度、心率和呼吸频率的相关系数分别为r=0.985、r=0.982和r=0.933。通过相关性分析可以看出,可以利用本文系统进行无创、长时间和多参数的测量。The pulse wave is measured in radial The single-chip micro-computer ATmega 16 is artery based on a single reflective photoelectric probe. used to control LED with 660 nm and 940 nm wave lengths and to obtain and analyze the pulse wave. The blood oxygen saturation and heart rate are obtained by reading out the position of the extremum of the pulse wave,and then the respiration rate is ob- tained by proeessing the pulse wave with radical 2 time extraction fast fourier transform (FFT). 10 vol- unteers are recruited to perform the physiological parameters measurement. We analyze the correlation between the results measured by the designed system and the data recorded in real time. The correlation coefficients of the blood oxygen saturation,heart rate and respiration rate are 0. 985,0. 982 and 0. 933, respectively. It can be found that the physiological parameters measured by the designed system and the recorded date in real time have a good agreement and we will realize the multi-physiological parameters t noninvasive for long period by this system.
