摘　　要：介绍了舒弹丝纤维的特性,以适当的比例与羊毛混纺作纬纱,开发平纹弹力法兰绒、方平板司呢等新型面料的过程。对原料配比、纤维染色、和毛纺纱、织造上机、整理等生产工艺和技术要点进行了探讨,对纱线捻度、织造幅宽、织物组织结构、紧密度、缩率等影响产品风格的参数进行了设计,测试结果表明:成品主要物理指标符合FZ/T 24003—2006《粗梳毛织品》标准要求。为应用舒弹丝等新型纤维开发新风格毛纺产品,降低成本,扩大市场空间提供了思路。This paper introduces the features of sorona fiber which has stretch, the development process of plain stretched flannel and hopsack of wool and sorona blended yarn as weft. The working process and technical points in raw material matching, fiber dyeing, lubricating, spinning, weaving and finishing are discussed. It also designs the parameters such as yarn＇s twist, weaving width, structure of fabric,tightness and shrinkage which reflace the style of production. The mainly physical indexes of finished products are also tested. The results show that they all meet the require of FZ/T 24003--2006 quality standard. Then,it provids a new way of thinking to develop new style wool fabric using new fibres as sorona,not only reduce the cost but also expand the market.
