摘 要:以鄂尔多斯羊绒集团现有印花生产技术为基础,针对羊绒织物印花过程中一些活性染料用量大,印花后织物皂洗、摩擦牢度差等问题,选用稀土氯化钆(GdCl3)、氯化镧(LaCl3)做稀土添加实验,进行稀土的筛选及用量的确定。研究结果表明:稀土氯化钆(GdCl3)、氯化镧(LaCl3)对提高印花后织物皂洗、摩擦牢度都有一定的作用,同时还可减小色差、提高织物的强力,稀土用量在0.1%(owf)时效果最佳。Owing to the use of a mass of reactive dye in the printing of cashmere fabric and bad washing and rubbing fastness after the printing, the rare earth of gadolinium chloride ( GdCI3 ) and lanthanum chloride (LaC13 ) were used as additive to improve the problems existed during printing of cashmere fabric on the basis of printing technology from erdos group. The kind and amount of rare earth were studied. The results indicated that the rare earth of gadolinium chloride (GdC13 ) and lanthanum chloride(LaC13) could improve the washing and rubbing fastness of the printing fabric. Moreover, the rare earth also could reduce the chromatic aberration and enhance the strength of the cashmere fabric. The best effect was obtained when the amount of rare was of 0. 1% (owf).
