摘　　要：以国产慈星电脑横机为例,总结了电脑横机在生产过程中主罗拉机构容易出现的一些机械故障,如主罗拉不转、卷布、只正转不反转等,以及这些故障可能导致的斜片、花片和漏针等织疵问题,并采用系统工程的思想,从机械执行系统的运转、电脑控制系统的原理等方面分析。同时对于主罗拉机构工作时常见的故障提出了相应的解决方法,以及今后如何避免等,不仅有助于机修工迅速找出并解决故障,而且提高了电脑横机的使用效率和寿命。This paper using Cixing domestic computer knitting machine as an example, summarizes the computer knitting machine in the process of production lord laura institutions prone to some mechanical failure, such as lord laura not turning, roiling the cloth, only turning not to reverse, and these fault may lead to the oblique piece, flower piece and leakage defects such as needle weaving, and using the theories of system engineering, mechanical execution system from the operations of the computer control system, the principle analysis. As for the lord laura institutions work common fault, it puts forward the corresponding solution and the future and how to avoid to horizontal machine maintenance and so on, it would not only help to find out the fault of the mechanic quickly and solve out, but also improve the efficiency in the use of computer knitting machine and life.
