摘 要:以含氢硅油、十二碳烯和烯丙基聚醚为原料,在氯铂酸催化剂作用下,合成了一种新型的有机硅表面活性剂——长链烷基、聚醚共改性聚硅氧烷(APMS),并用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。通过单因素实验考察了原料配比、催化剂用量和反应温度对Si-H转化率的影响,确定较佳反应条件为:n(Si-H):n(C=C)=1:1.2,氯铂酸催化剂用量为20μg.g-1,反应时间为8 h,此条件下转化率可达92%。性能测试表明当十二碳烯与聚醚的摩尔比为1:6时其表面活性较优。A new type of organic silicone surfactant, long chain alkyl and polyether co - modified siloxane ( APMS), was prepared from polyhydrosilicone oil, dodecene and allyl - polyether as starting materials in the presence of ehloroplatinie - acid catalyst. Chemical structure of the synthesized product was characterized by infrared (IR) spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance (1HNMR) spectrum. Effects of factors, such as molar ratio of reactants, dosage of catalyst, reaction time on Si - H conversion were investigated by single factor experiments. Suitable conditions were identified as : the molar ratio of Si - H to carbon double bond is 1 : 1.2, amount of the catalyst is 20 μg g -1, and reaction time is 8 h. Under these conditions, the conversion achieves 92%. Performance tests results demonstrated that good surface activity appeared when the molar ratio of dodecene to polyether is 1 : 6.
