磷化工企业清洁生产评价指标体系的构建

摘　　要：根据对磷化工企业的全面调查,结合清洁生产评价指标体系编制规定,运用层次分析法建立了由定量和定性两部分评价指标构成的磷化工企业递阶层次结构清洁生产评价指标体系,并确定了评价指标体系准则层、指标层各定量指标权重值和定性评价指标分值。应用已建立的评价指标体系,对某磷化工企业进行了实例评价,结果表明该评价指标体系能较好地反应磷化工企业的清洁生产水平。According to the comprehensive survey of the phosphorous chemical enterprises and combining with the regulation of cleaner production evaluation index system, the phosphorus chemical enterprises＇ hierarchical structure cleaner production evaluation index system, which is composed by two parts of quantitative and qualitative evaluation indexes, is establish using the analytic hierarchy process. The weight value of the quantitative indexes and the score of qualitative evaluation indexes of the rule layers and index layers in the evaluation index system are determined. A phosphorus chemical enterprise was evaluated as an example by using the established evaluation index system. The result shows that the evaluation index system can well reflect the cleaner production level of the phosphorus chemical enterprise.
