摘 要:有机废弃物热解多联产是保证我国以生物质等为主的可再生能源系统实现可持续发展的战略性技术。在自制的固定床反应器上研究温度对废轮胎热解多联产过程中各相产物品质的影响,通过探索热解机制,寻求热解产物的资源化利用途径。实验结果表明,热解气和热解油的热值均很高(>41 MJ/Kg),热解产物中液体产率最高达55%,且富含柠檬油精和BTX苯系物,不仅可做为发动机燃料,还可从中提取重要的化工原料;热解炭次之达33%,不仅可作为炭黑回收利用,也可经活化后制作活性炭来吸附废水、废气中的污染物。随温度的升高热解气产率明显上升,热解气中碳氢气体含量较高而含氧气体较少,且CH4、H2含量逐渐增加,因此热解气可直接作为燃料使用。The utilization of organic solid wastes multi- cogeneration is a strategic technique which would enable China to persist in the development of an energy resource system. The experiment was carried out in a self-designed fixed bed reactor, and the effect of pyrolysis temperature on the products which was produced on the process of waste tires multi-eogeneration was studied. How the temperature acting on pyrolysis mechanism and products properties were also investigated in order to find the way of the resource utilization of pyrolysis products. The experiments results show that the gas and oil calorific value were both as high as 41 MJ/m3, the liquid yield was up to 55% which is rich in D-limonene and BTX, it can not only be used as engine fuel, but also to extract important chemical material. The solid yield accounted for 33%, it can not only be recycled as carbon black, but also be produced for the activated carbon to control pollutants. The pyrolysis gas was mainly composed of CxHy, while oxygen containing gases were low; with higher temperature, the gas yield rised, leading to higher content of CH4 and H2, therefore, pyrolysis gas was made to use as fuel directly.
