摘　　要：2012年7月21日,北京市发生了罕见的特大暴雨,北京市及时采取应急措施,积极应对暴雨洪涝灾害,取得了明显成效,但也暴露出城市排水系统等若干方面存在不少薄弱环节。通过综合分析灾害成因,提出北京市应对暴雨灾害的对策建议。On 21 July 2012, a super thunderstorm hit Beijing. The city government took effective measures to deal with the emergency situation and flood disaster relief. However, problems are found in the drainage system in the urban areas. Based on analysis of reasoning of the disaster, suggestions are made for encountering rainstorm disasters in Beijing in the future.
