节水型社会建设试点的启示

摘　　要："十一五"期间,水利部以节水型社会试点建设为载体开展节水型社会建设,重点推动了南水北调东中线受水区、西北能源重化工基地、南方水污染严重地区、沿海经济带的节水型社会建设,100个节水型社会试点地区以点带面、以试点示范推动全面建设节水型社会发挥重要作用。本文在归总100个试点地区经验的基础上,分析阐述了节水型社会建设"十一五"期间试点的成效。In the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the Ministry of Water Resources initiated 100 pilot projects for water-saving society establishment, aiming at promoting campaign of water conservation in water receiving areas of eastern route and middle route of South-to-North Water Diversion, northwest heavy chemical imtustrial bases, heavy polluted areas in the south and coastal economic beh. The pilot projects have played critical role in the establishment of water saving society in China. Major achievements of water-saving society establishment in the 11th Five-Year Plan period are introduced based on summary of experiences of 100 pilot projects.
