摘 要:与等外径的普通钢芯铝绞线相比,节能导线的直流电阻小,可提高导线导电能力,减少输电线路损耗,达到节能效果。首先,确定了钢芯高导电率硬铝绞线、铝合金芯铝绞线和中强度全铝合金绞线3种新型节能导线的结构技术参数;然后,分析了节能导线与普通钢芯铝绞线的电气特性、机械特性、施工安装等情况,并结合具体工程情况分析了节能导线的经济和社会效益;最后,提出了在输电线路工程中推广节能类导线应用的建议。Comparing with common aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) with equal outside diameter, the DC resistance of energy-saving conductor is lower, so applying it in transmission lines can enhance conductivity and decrease line losses. Firstly, the structural parameters of three kinds of new-type energy-saving conductors, i.e., high conductivity steel core hard-drawn aluminum wire, aluminum alloy core aluminum wire and mid-strength aluminum alloy stranded wire, are determined; then the electrical characteristics, mechanical characteristics and construction and installation of common ACSR and energy-saving conductors as well as combining with concrete engineering practice the economic and social benefits from utilizing energy-saving conductors are analyzed; finally a suggestion on application and dissemination of energy-saving conductors in transmission line construction is proposed.
