摘  要:为了提高配电网静止同步补偿器(distribution-levelstatic reactive compensator,DSTATCOM)补偿负荷的灵活性,提出了一种针对DSTATCOM的电流优化补偿策略,即负序电流优先补偿策略。当DSTATCOM的容量能够补偿全部的负序电流分量却不能补偿全部负荷电流时,该补偿策略能够完全补偿负序分量、保证无功分量的最大程度补偿。在配电网的电能质量治理中,该补偿策略优先保证了系统的三相电压对称性。该策略能够应用于星形或角型拓扑的DSTATCOM中,仿真结果证明了其有效性和准确性。To improve the flexibility of load compensation by distribution-level static reactive compensator (DSTATCOM), an optimized current compensation strategy for DSTATCOM, namely the negative sequence current preferred compensation strategy, was proposed. Under the condition that the capacity of DSTATCOM was enough to compensate all negative current components but not enough to compensate all of load currents, the proposed compensation strategy could ensure that the negative sequence component was completely compensated and reactive component was compensated in maximum extent, thus in the power quality management of distribution network the symmetry of three phase voltages could be ensured preferentially. The proposed compensation strategy could be applied to star-connected or triangle-connected DSTATCOM, and the effectiveness and accuracy were verified by PSCAD-based simulation results.
