摘  要:根据交直流电网安全稳定控制需求,分析了直流系统功率紧急控制、功率调制、频率调制、无功调制等附加控制功能及其应用现状,比较了新旧版本《电力系统安全稳定控制导则》对直流系统参与电网稳定控制定位的阐述;在此基础上,结合我国电网特征及发展趋势,探讨了直流系统多种附加控制功能在电力系统安全3道防御体系中的定位,并给出了建议。According to the demand on security and stability control for AC/DC power grids, additional control functions of DC system such as power emergency control, power modulation, frequency modulation and reactive power modulation and present application situation of these functions were analyzed, and the explanations on the position of DC system participating in security and stability control of power grid in new and old versions of Technical guide for electric power system security and stability control were compared; on this basis, combining with the features of power grids in China and their development trend, how to determine the position of various additional control functions of DC system in the security three defense lines of power system was discussed and related suggestions were given.
