摘  要:针对五家沟煤矿断面达9.0m宽,3.5m高的留厚煤顶特大断面切眼支护难题,采用复合桁架锚索支护系统对该综放面切眼进行支护。结合现场实际的地质条件确定了锚索长度、锚索角度、孔口帮距等主要的支护参数,形成了最终的支护方案。运用数值模拟软件对原支护方案和现支护方案进行了数值模拟分析对比,分析得出采用预应力复合桁架锚索支护系统控制该特大端面开切眼围岩是安全可靠的。该支护方案在现场5203综放面开切眼试验取得成功,巷道断面收敛率小,为相似地质条件下的厚煤顶特大断面开切眼围岩控制提供了借鉴意义。For the support problem of set-up room to be 9.0m wide and 3.5m high with thick coal roof in Wujiagou mine, the compound truss cable support system is adopted to control the set-up room surrounding rock. Combined with the flied actual geological conditions, the main support parameters such us cable length, cable angle and distance between orifice and side are determined through engineering analogy and the final support scheme is formed. The numerical simulation analysis comparison is made between the designed scheme and the original one, the application of pre-stressed compound truss cable system used to control the surrounding rock of large cross section set-up room is reliable and safe. The support scheme is successfully tested at set-up room No. 5203 in Wujiagou mine. The set-up room deformation is small, and this kind of support technology can be widely used in the similar set-up rooms.
