摘  要:高速钢轧辊具有优异的耐磨性、抗粗糙性和抗热裂性,使用寿命是传统轧辊的3~5倍,采用高速钢轧辊能够大大降低换辊次数、辊耗和生产成本,同时,还可以提高轧件断面精度和表面质量。研究了两种不同工艺制造的高速钢热轧工作辊的微观组织特征和热疲劳性能,并讨论了制造工艺对组织和性能的影响。结果表明,从组织特征、使用性能和制造工艺复杂程度上来讲,CPC工艺制造的高速钢热轧工作辊表现出明显的优势。High speed steel (HSS) rolls possessed excellent wear resistance, anti-rough and thermal cracking resistance properties, its service life increased to 3 N 5 times as compared with traditional counterpart. By using the high speed steel roll, the roll changing frequency and consumption, and the production costs could be reduced greatly, also the cross section precision of the roiled pieces and the surface quality be improved. The microstructure and thermal fatigue performance of HSS rolls manufactured by different processes were investigated; the effect of manufacture process on the microstructure and performance of the roll was discussed. The comparative results, based on the microstructure, performance and the complexity of the manufacturing process, has shown that the HSS rolls manufactured by CPC featured more distinct advantages than others.
