摘 要:采用自行设计的非标管式气氛炉对低品位赤铁矿在中低温下进行预还原,然后在弱磁场下进行磁选。实验结果表明,在还原温度为800℃、还原粒度小于100μm、还原时间30 min、磁选粒度为30μm、磁选强度为150 mT时,经过二次磁选可获得品位61.13%、回收率76.28%的铁精矿。The low grade hematite ores were pre-reduced at intermediate-low temperature in a self designed non-standard tube atmosphere furnace, and then were separated during weak magnetic field. The results indicated that with the roasting temperature of 800℃, the particle size roasted smaller than 100μm, the roasting time of 30 min, the magnetic intensity of 150 mT, the concentrate ores whose grade was up to 61.13% and recycle rate was up to 76.28% were acquired.
