冷冻治疗和联苯苄唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨冷冻治疗和1%联苯苄唑乳膏治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床意义及疗效对比。方法:选66例患者分成两组,分别采用冷冻治疗和外用1%联苯苄唑乳膏两种治疗方法的临床观察。结果:每周随访记录每例患者皮损变化情况及不良反应,连续观察4周,治疗组与对照组总治愈率分别为82.35%及81.22%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:冷冻治疗和1%联苯苄唑乳膏治疗有相同的疗效,为临床治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎提供一种简便的方法。Objective To study the clinical meaning and effect comparison between the cryotherapy and 1% bifonazole cream treatment of the Malassezia Folliculitis. Method 66 cases of patients were selected and derided into two groups, one group used cryotherapy and the other used topical 1% bifonazole cream. Results Weekly follow - up and recorded every patients＇ changes in the skin lesions and adverse effect, observation of 4 consecutive weeks, treatment and control groups overall cure rate were 82. 35% and 81.22% respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Cryotherapy and 1% bifonazole cream have the same effect, and provide an easy way to the clinical treatment of Malassezia Folliculitis.
