中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗狼疮肾炎的方法和疗效。方法:对符合诊断标准的27例狼疮肾炎患者,在采用激素、环磷酰胺治疗的同时,分型给予中药治疗,并对其疗效进行观察。结果:27例中除血肌酐(Scr)>450μmol/L的3例患者1例无效,2例部分缓解外,其余患者均完全缓解或显著缓解,无一例发生激素、环磷酰胺的严重不良反应。结论:中药配合激素、环磷酰胺治疗能提高狼疮肾炎疗效、减少激素和环磷酰胺的不良反应。Objective To discuss the method and effect of the lupus nephritis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medi- cine. Method 27 lupus nephritis patients that met the diagnostic criteria were given Cyclophosphamide and Hormone therapy, Chinese medicine treatment were given at the same time according to types and observed its effect. Results Of the all 27 cases, 1 patient was invalid and 2 had partial remission which Scr 〉 450umol/L, the remaining cases had complete remission or significant mitigation. No cases oc- curred serious side effects by using hormone and Cyclophosphamide. Conclusion Chinese medicine with the hormone and Cyclophospha- mide can improve the effect of lupus nephritisand and reduce the side - effects of hormone and Cyclophosphamide
