摘  要:宏程序广泛用于二次曲线等规律曲线的加工,对于精度要求高的二次曲线加工,传统的方法是减小步长或步距,但过小的步长或步距角会使机床运算速度跟不上,造成机床爬行,不但影响了精度,还大大降低了生产率。文章分析了各种拟合方法对加工精度的影响,研究了合理步长和最大步距角的计算方法,解决了二次曲线加工过程中的精度控制的问题,并结合加工实例得以验证。Macroprogram is widely used in the processing of law curves such as quadratic curves. For high-precision quadratic curve machining, the traditional method is to reduce the step length or step- ping angle, but the machine speed can not keep up with too small step length or stepping angle, resul- ting in the machine creeping, which not only .affects the precision but also reduces the rate of production greatly. By analyzing the influence of the various fitting methods on the machining accuracy and researching the calculation method of rational step length and maximum stepping angle, the problem of accuracy control in the workpiece processing by quadratic curves is worked out. The proposed method is validated by processing examples.
