摘  要:采用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)插层剂与钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)进行离子交换,制备了有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)。将制备得到的有机化蒙脱土与丙烯酸类单体进行乳液共聚合,同时引入功能单体乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEM),制得了常温下能发生自交联反应的蒙脱土改性丙烯酸乳液。红外光谱分析测试结果表明:蒙脱土有机化改性效果良好,丙烯酸乳液共聚合反应完全;TEM测试显示,乳液插层聚合过程中被剥离开来的蒙脱土片层,很好地插层在了乳胶粒子之间;阻隔性测试表明:制得的乳胶膜的透气系数和水蒸气透过系数下降。In this article, an organic montmorillonite was prepared by ion exchanging between sodium montmorillonite and octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (OTAC) firstly, which was then copolymerized with acrylic monomers via pre - emulsion method and semi - continuous seed emulsion polymerization method to prepare montmorillonite modified acrylic emulsion. After adding functional monomer AAEM, ambient self -crosslink montmorillonite modified acrylic emulsion was prepared. FT -IR results indicated that organic montmorillonite was prepared. Acrylic monomer copolymerization was finished in the emulsion. Interlayer spacing increased definitely. Some exfoliated montmorillonite layer inserted between two particles which was shown in the TEM picture. The latex film provided good barrier property.
