基于DEA模型的县域生态效率空间分析——以宁夏回族自治区为例

摘　　要：应用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对宁夏回族自治区18个市县2006—2010年区域生态效率进行评价.结果表明:2006—2010年宁夏生态效率总体水平低、内部差异大、呈波动变化,灵武市、盐池县、彭阳县持续上升,吴忠市和青铜峡市持续下降,其他13个市县先升后降;2006年较2010年除银川市各市县生态效率均好转,空间上呈阶梯状分布,北部地区高于中部地区高于南部地区.Data envelopment analysis （DEA） was used to evaluate county area ecological efficiency in 18 counties of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from 2006 to 2010. The results showed that the eco-effieiencies of most counties in Ningxia Hui autonomous Region have been improved except for Yinchuan city. The results also showed that the differences between counties is existent, such as Lingwu, Yanchi and Pengyang county rised constantly, Wuzhong and Qingtongxia county declined constantly, and other cities and counties increased firstly and then dropped. The eco-efficiency shows a ladder-like distribution in the space, it is highest in northern region of Ningxia, the southern part is lowest, the middle Dart is in intermediate level.
