摘 要:2009年对措那木江浮游植物进行了取样调查,4个采样站共发现藻类36属,隶属4门20科.其中硅藻门和绿藻门分别占浮游植物总属数的41.7%,36.1%,优势属为桥弯藻属(Cymbella)、菱形藻属(Nitzschia)、鼓藻属(Cosmarium)和水绵属(Spirogyra).藻类的密度为40 975 ind/L,总生物量为0.137 mg/L,其中硅藻门藻密度占总藻密度的94.9%,生物量占总生物量的85.4%.4个采样站中Ⅰ站的藻密度和生物量均明显高于其他3站.4个站藻类Margalef多样性指数、Shannon-Winner多样性指数和Pielou指数的平均值分别为0.70、1.43、0.15.根据藻类各项多样性指数值得出,措那木江水体已遭受污染,但并未形成富营养化,仍处于贫营养状态.The phytoplankton from Cuonamu section of the Yaluzangbujiang River was investigated in 2009. Thirty six genus of phytoplankton were detected, which belonged to twenty families, 4 phylum. Among them, Bacillariophyta and Chlo- rophyta were accounted for 41.7% and 36. 1% respectively, and the Cmybella, Nitzschia, Cosmarium and Spirogyra were dominated in the algae community. The determination of density and biomass of phytoplankton were 40 975 ind/L and 0. 137 mg/L, of which 94.9% in density and 85.4% in biomass were Bacillariophyta. And both the density and the biomass of algae from I station were higher than the other 3 stations. The mean algae diversity indexes of Margalef, Shannon-Winner and Pielou were 0. 70, 1.43,0. 15, respectively. According to the values of algae diversity indexes, Cuonamu section of Yaluzang- buiiang River has suffered serious pollution but can be regarded as inadenuate nutrition status.
