摘  要:分别以不同比例的四氢呋喃-乙醇、乙醇-水为溶剂,采用水浴回流和浸泡法提取银杏叶中总黄酮,用分光光度法测定提取率.结果表明:采用水浴回流法时,以体积比为3∶1的四氢呋喃/乙醇为溶剂,银杏叶质量(g)与溶剂体积(mL)比为1∶13.3、水浴温度为50℃、时间为2 h,提取率可达14.7%;采用浸泡法时,以体积比为3∶1的乙醇/水为溶剂,银杏叶质量(g)与溶剂体积(mL)比为1∶10、浸泡时间为24 h,提取率最高达9.3%.Total flavone was extracted by using two methods including water bath backflow and soaking with different solvent such as tetrahydrofuran-ethanol and ethanol as solvent, respectively. The extraction percentage was measured by spectrophotometry. The results showed that the extraction percentage of total flavones for water bath baekflow reached 14.7% when the volume ratio of tetrabydrofuran to ethanol was 3: 1, the ratio of ginkgo leaves mass (g) to solvent volume (mL) was 1: 13, water bath temperature was 50 ℃ and extraction time were 2 hours, and the extraction percentage of 9.3% for soaking method could be achieved when a volume ratio of ethanol to water was 3: 1, the ratio of ginkgo leaves mass (g) to solvent volume (mL) was 1: 10, and the soaking time was 24 hours.
