IK220计数卡在XAFS线站数据采集系统改造中的应用

摘　　要：上海同步辐射光源BL14W1 XAFS线站采用IK220高速计数卡建立了QXAFS快速扫描系统。该系统简化了原有控制系统的结构,能快速直接的读取单色器端的能量值,解决了采集过程中单色器端数据与电离室ADC端数据间的同步获取问题,成功实现了快速XAFS谱采集。改进后的系统最大限度的使用了实验站现有的硬件设备,并可在普通XAFS实验方法和QXAFS实验方法间随意转换。IK220 high-speed counter card is used at BL14W1 XAFS station of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility to establish the QXAFS scan system. This system simplifies the hardware structure. Changes in the monochromator energy can be read directly. The synchronization controls and data acquisition between the monochromator and the ionization chamber is achieved. XAFS spectra are acquired successfully by this QXAFS method. The existing hardware of the experiment station is used to the maximum level after the modification. The free switching between the ordinary XAFS methods and QXAFS methods saves time.
