肠功能恢复汤治疗炎性肠梗阻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肠功能恢复汤在腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻中的临床疗效。方法:随机将38例患者分为治疗组23例,采用常规治疗的基础上加用中药肠功能恢复汤保留灌肠及口服,对照组15例单纯采用常规治疗。结果:治疗组治愈22例,无效1例,治愈率95.7%,平均治愈时间8.05天;对照组治愈12例,无效3例,治愈率80%,平均治愈时间12.98天。两组差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠功能恢复汤在腹部术后炎性肠梗阻中应用有较好疗效。Objective： To study the effect of CHANGGONGNENGHUIFUTANG （CGNHFY） for bowel obstruction caused by inflammation. Method： 38 cases were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group （15 cases） was only given conventional therapy. But the treatment group （23 cases） was given CGNHFT for retention enema and take orally besides conventional therapy. Result： 22 cases （22/23, 95.7% ） of treatment group were cured, and the average times of treatment were 8.05 days. 12 cases （12/15, 80% ） of control group were cured, and the average times of treatment were 12. 98 days. There was significant difference between two groups （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The effect of CGNHFT used in treating bowel obstruction caused by inflammation was significant.
