乳管扩张症患者血清抵抗素与血糖、血脂水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳管扩张症患者血清抵抗素与血糖、血脂代谢水平的相关性及临床意义。方法:检测40例乳管扩张症患者血清抵抗素与血糖、血脂水平,并分析其相关性。结果:乳管扩张症患者的血清抵抗素水平与健康对照组相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,乳管扩张症患者血清抵抗素水平与空腹血糖、甘油三酯、胰岛素抵抗指数均呈显著正相关(r=0.539,0.575,0.512,0.635,0.678,P<0.05),与总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平无显著相关性(r=0.209,0.197,0.219,P>0.05)。结论:血清抵抗素与乳管扩张症患者的糖脂代谢紊乱密切相关,对血清抵抗素水平的监测可从一定程度上反映乳管扩张症患者病情的严重程度与治疗效果。Objective： To investigate duct dilatation in patients with serum resistin and glucose and lipid metabolism and clinical significance of the correlation. Methods： Detected 40 cases of duct ectasia serum resistin and glucose, lipid levels, and analysis of its relevance. Results： The results of duct dilatation in patients with serum resistin levels were significantly increased compared to healthy controls, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Correlation analysis showed that patients with duct ectasia serum re- sistin levels and fasting plasma glucose, triglycerides, insulin resistance index were significantly positively correlated （ r = 0. 539, 0. 575, 0. 512, 0. 635, 0. 678, P 〈 0. 05）, and total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low - density lipoprotein cho- lesterol levels were not significantly correlated （r = 0. 209, 0. 197, 0. 219, P 〉0. 05） . Conclusions： Serum resistin and duct dila- tation in patients with lipid disorders is closely related to the monitoring of serum resistin levels reflect to some extent from the duct dilatation in patients with disease severity and treatment effect.
