摘　　要：目的:调查我院抗生素药物的销售和金额,了解抗生素药物的应用情况及变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用限定计量DDD分析方法,对我院抗生素药物的销售金额、构成比例与用药频度等分别进行统计分析。结果:2011年1～4季度抗生素类药物用药金额呈逐步上升的趋势,注射药的销售金额、DDDs值、DDDc均明显大于口服药,日均费用基本稳定。结论:我院抗生素类药物的使用基本合理,但仍需要加强规范管理,促进合理用药。Objective： To investigate the amount of sales of the antibiotic of our hospital, and understand the application of anti- biotic for clinical rational drug use. Methods： used defined daily dose （DDD） methods to statistical amd analysis the amount of sales, the proportions and frequency of drug use of antibiotic of our hospital. Results： Amount of sales of the antibiotic was gradual in- crease In 2011. Injection drug sales amount, Ddds, and Dddc were more than oral medicine, and the average daily consumption was stability. Conclusion： The antibiotic uses of our hospital is basic rational, but it still need more
