摘　　要：目的:探讨细胞因子IL-2、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)在儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿血清中的变化及意义。方法:应用流式细胞术检测38例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿血清的4种细胞因子水平,并与20例健康对照组相比较。结果:38例ITP患儿血清细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α明显升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);IL-2、IFN-γ与对照组相比较,升高不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:细胞因子IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ在儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜的发病过程中起到了重要的作用,参与其发病机制,检测细胞因子对其诊断、治疗和预后具有一定的临床意义。Objective ：To study the change characteristics of cytokines IL-2, IL-6, TNF-a and IFN-yin childhood with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purputa （ITP）.Methods ：The level of cytokines IL-2, IL-6, TNF-a and IFN-y in the serum of 38 ITP patients and 20 normal healthy children were detected by flow cytometric analysis and compared with control groups.Results ：The serum level of cytokines IL-6 and TNF-awere significantly higher in 38 patients than that in normal children.（P〈O.O1）.The serum level IL-2 and IFN-ywere similar to the normal children（P.〈0.05）.Conclusion ：The cytokines IL-2, IL-6, TNF- a and IFN- y play important role in the pathogenesis of ITP.It＇ s important clinical significance for the diagnosis and trentment and prognosis to measure the cytokines.
