摘  要:在大田条件下,研究了烤烟施用农业有机废物发酵后的有机肥(生物发酵有机肥)各生育期根际和非根际土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌数量和土壤酶活性的变化。结果表明,微生物数量和酶活性都呈现出随生育时期推进先增加后降低的趋势,其中在旺长期达最大。施入复混肥对根际土壤微生物数量的影响大于非根际土壤微生物。60%的生物发酵有机肥施入量是配施比例上的拐点,有机肥施入比例大于60%的处理,土壤酶活性提高幅度变缓,差异不显著。若再增加有机肥的投入比例效益不明显。从总体上看,施用生物发酵有机肥可以提高微生物数量和酶活性,从而提高土壤肥力。The changes of quantities of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, as well as the soil enzyme activities in rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric soil amended with agricultural organic waste compound fertilizer at different growth stages of tobacco were studied in the a stubble-field experiment. Results showed that microbial populations and enzyme activities firstly presented increasing and then reducing tendencies, and during this course reached their maxima at the vigorous growing stage. The Influences on rhizospheric microbial quantities caused by manure compound bio-fertilizer were larger than non-rhizosphere. 60% of organic fertilizer input was an inflexion point, and the increases of soil enzyme activities got slow and no difference was detected over this turning point. The organic fertilizer's efficiency was not increased significantly if the compound bio-fertilizer proportions were over 60%. Generally speaking, agricultural manure waste compound bio-fertilizer can raise microorgauism quantity and enzyme activity, thereby improve soil fertility.
