摘 要:以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为支撑材料,石蜡(PA)、聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)和硬脂酸(SA)为相变材料(PCM),采用本体聚合法制备3种不同体系的复合定形相变储热材料,综合评价各复合体系的结构、热性能以及储/放热循环稳定性。结果表明:PMMA的交联网络结构使PCM在高于其熔化融温度时不发生泄漏;支撑材料与3种PCM均没有发生显著的化学反应;相同质量百分比的三类复合体系中,PMMA与PEG的界面相容性最好,SA/PMMA体系的储热能力最强,而PEG/PMMA体系的热稳定性最佳。By means of bulk polymerization method, the paraffin, polyethylene glycol(PEG/6000) and stearic acid, acting like phase change materiais(PCMs) ,were separately blended with PMMA serving as supporting material to prepare three different kinds of form-stable phase ehange thermal storage materials. Through different techniques, the structures, thermal properties and the charging-discharging thermal reliability of the composites, were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that because of the cross-linked network of PMMA, there was no seepage observed when the temperature a- bove the melting point of PCMs. Moreover, there was no obvious chemical reactions between the two components of com- posites. Among the three different compound systems with the same mass ratio of PCM, PMMA exhibited the best bounda- ry compatibility with PEG,the SA/PMMA composite possessed supreme thermal storage capability and the PEG/PMMA composite had optimum thermal reliability.
