摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和甲乙酮肟(EMAO)为主要原料,合成了封端水性聚氨酯。通过化学滴定法确定了70℃条件下聚合的反应时间为225min,并利用红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱技术对产物进行了表征。将该封端水性聚氨酯配制为乳液,对棉织物进行整理。结果发现,焙烘温度150℃处理3min,整理后织物的折痕回复角达到154.4°,经向断裂强力和纬向断裂强力分别达到436.83N和338.5N。The waterborne end capped polyurethane was synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), polypro- pylene glycol (PPG), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and ethyl methyl acetoxime (EMAO). The polymerization time at 70℃ was 225min with chemical titration, and the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The finishing emulsion for the cotton fabric was prepared with the polyurethane. It was found that the curing temperature at 150℃for 3min, the polyurethane was able to improve wrinkle re- sistance and tensile strength of cotton fabric. Crease recovery angle of the treated cotton fabric was up to 154.4°, tensile strengths of warp direction and weft direction of the treated cotton fabric were 436.83N and 338. 5N,respectively.
